What data we receive

This site has no forms and no user accounts. If you write to us on WhatsApp or by email, or call us, we receive what you send: name, company, phone, email and the details of your order. We use it to answer you, quote and handle the work.

The site may measure visits with Google Analytics, in aggregate: pages viewed, country and device type. We do not use it to identify anyone.

Internal tools and Google

PYGLARA uses its own tools that connect to the company's Google Drive account, with the company's authorization, to read and save internal documents such as plant records and drafts of regulatory reports. Those tools only access the company's own files. Information obtained through Google APIs is not sold, not shared with third parties and not used for advertising, and its use complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Who we share data with

No one, for commercial purposes. We hand data to an authority only when Venezuelan law requires it.

How long we keep it

As long as needed for the business relationship and to meet the company's legal and tax obligations.

Your rights

You can ask us to show, correct or delete your data by writing to info@pyglara.com.

Changes

If this policy changes, we publish it on this page with the date of the update.
